My prices reflect the training and experience I've gained over the years. My prices are subject to chnage at any time without pior notice.

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hrs of your appoitment.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appoitment may need to be rescheduled.

 

While every care is taken during your appoitment, Hair By Lauren is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings while at the salon.

 

All special offers and discounts are subject to availabiliy and may be changed or withdrawn at anytime without notice.

 

I do not provide any technical services to clients under the age of 16 even with parental consent.

 

All my offers exclude children under the age of 16 unless I specifically mention that a child discount applies.

 

If a childs hair is thicker or needs extra time,I reserve the right to charge extra.

 

A skin test is required 48 hours before any colouring appointment

 

Before your appointment I'll need to have a consultation with you to discuss what you want to achieve.

 

Loyalty Cards - Excludes all weekly appointments such as blow drys, This also excludes stand-alone treatments that do not include a cut and blow dry.

 

Stamps are non-transferable and can only be claimed when you present your loyalty card at the time of purchase

 

Once your loyalty card is complete, please return it to me to claim your reward.

 

Gift Vouchers - My gift vouchers cant be used together with any offers

Once purchased, vouchers are valid for 6 months.

 

Vouchers can be loaded with a maximum of £100

 

If the cost of your service exceeds the value on the voucher, the difference will need to be paid at the time of redemption.

 

Vouchers will not be replaced if lost and thee value of the voucher cant be exchanged for cash.

 

Vouchers can only be used for services in the salon and not for retail products.
